1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BetterPlates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use License and Subscription

BetterPlates offers both free and premium services:

Free Tier

• Access to basic app features
• Up to 5 AI recipe modifications per month
• No credit card required

Premium Subscription

• $4.99 USD per month
• Unlimited AI recipe modifications
• All premium features
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your App Store settings

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through BetterPlates.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Disclaimer

BetterPlates is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BetterPlates be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
